Community-Style Acupuncture (using the NADA protocol to address stress)

Stress is one of the main obstacles that can prevent us from optimal health, including the ability to conceive (check out my blog about stress and fertility)

The NADA protocol, which consists of the insertion of small, stainless steel, disposable acupuncture needles into five points on the outer surface of the person’s ear, has been used for decades to help treat stress, as well as anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and addictions.

In this Community-Style treatment, all participants are treated at the same time while sitting in a circle. The needles are kept for 30 to 40 minutes.
